The Massey 95 is a MM G-V1. I believe there was a 95 and a super 95 but I don't know the difference. They are 78.4 horsepower. 68.3 drawbar. The G-V1 was built from 1960 to 64.
These are powerful tractors with lots of traction and easy on fuel. Their worst fault is low pressure hydraulics. - they make a great pulling tractor but a poor "chore tractor" for a loader.

I do not have my books close. The MF 95 is a Minneapolis Moline. I think it has around 68 HP. The MF 98 is an Oliver with a General Motors 2-cycle engine(4-53 ?), close to 90 HP approximately. The MF 97 is another Minneapolis Moline, around 100 HP, 4 WD was available.
Regards, Dave

Dave, perhaps I can help also. The MF 98 is indeed an Oliver, same as the Super 99 and the 990. The engine of choice is a 3-71 2 cycle GM commonly called the Jimmy. HP according to Nebraska Test is 85.
Sincerely,
Mike
