we have had a MF industrial tractor brought to our attention as a possible restoration/working loader tractor for our dairy operation. it has a perkins 203 and is earlier than the 40b model which was built it also has 3 point hitch, torque converter and a loader with no subframe and lower rams my question what is it.....given our recently restored 165 was from banner lane, so this machine might be too what are the torque converters like, what wears in them?..... can parts be sourced?..... .ifso..... where .....we ideally would what it to be a loader tractor, but if parts are hard to get, it may become an irrigation pump..... ..however i dont' see that happening, because the tractor actually goes and moves..... .apparently..... ...it just needs panels, paint, and a loader subframe (will be a New Zealand loader i think) what is the hydraulic capacity of this machine?..... good for loader work?....does it have a hamilton oil pump on the front of the engine engine like a 165 loader tractor i know of?? thanks pudding
