I was looking at buying a Massey 65 and the rear drawbars would go up fine but would not go down while the engine was running. Once the engine was shut off the drawbars went down slowly. Any idea what this may be?

Move the response lever on the right side just below the seat. If tractor has been sitting for a long period of time things get a bit sticky. Change trans oil - 30 ltrs or so and replace with recommended oil - shell rimula D40 or Shell Agro oil.

If tractor is not a multi power unit then it should probably be easy to fix.
