Whats a 135 worth?????

Can some one steer me right? I have an opertunity to buy a 135 Perkins gas job, I was told w/ heavy duty rear and front end. The guy will pull the motor apart and replace the rings and rod bearings. The tractor shows around 5000 Hrs.
It smokes really bad because the motor was run without the air tube resulting in wasted rings.
It shows great oil pressure, And the guy will throw in a Allied loader. Asking price after all said and done is 6000. What do you guy's think.

Just a note. I will be using this machine for finish mowing around 3 acres. I also plan on pulling a york rake and moving some dirt.. Thanks Steve
