Joyce, I can't say for sure but I bought
a MH rubber wheeled wheeled plow circa 193?. It was painted green but not JD green. In fact I thought it was JD right off as I was just interested in the plow not the make. Then
I was surprised to see the MH cast in. You would think it would be a red/yellow combo. So I guess some time back MH used green for implements. If your not restoring I'd paint it red/yellow same as the tractor. I used that rake many years back when I was
a lad helping out. We did the haying by hand with pitch forks and a wagon. Worked like a dream and I plan to buy one next year also. I'm going to install a trip attachment so I can operate it from the tractor. You may want to post on the implement board as well. Good luck.

Hi Joyce,if the dump rake is prior to 1940 then ;the colour is green. Not as dark as JD green but almost a dark moss colour. Good luck with your rake.
