Shawn, I converted an MF-35 from manual to power steering. You must replace the entire steering housing, shaft and everything, add a power steering pump and put hydraulic lines on from the pump to the unit. You cannot buy all of this stuff new, so start scouring the salvage yards for a used one. Expect to pay in excess of $1,000 for the complete system. I really cannot imagine why you are chewing up steering shafts, must be something seriously mis-aligned or badly worn causing it. Good luck!
