Gas smell MH50

I have a gas smell and a engine miss at higher RPMs I,ve worked one the carb but it didn't help much. Iam I on the right track.

You might try putting in the original suggested spark plugs. Most can testify to the differences a plug can make in a Continental. Also ck your wires, cap, & etc. If that doesen't help, you better take a compression check.

We have a 50 & a ferg 35. The 35 has a bad lobe on the cam & has a similar problem.
