I am buying a -62 MF35 with a 3cyl perkins engine.

Are there any specific fault's I should look for, or is it a suberb little tractor.

The engine had a complete rebuild for about 2 years ago.

Thank's in advance

The 35 with the Perkins engine is a great tractor. If possible hook a heavy implement to the tractor and check the lift, the transmission gearshift after it gets wear sometimes will lock in gear but is easily unlocked. I would suggest going to Big Dean's website and reading his lists of things to look for.

I paid $3800 for a 1965 model gas with new paint and new rubber and with a back blade and a boom. I have been well pleased with the tractor.
