info required on original specification of gauges does anybody have photos or guages so i can return my 1947 model to its orig spec

Wherever you get your gauges, if your moving up to, or have an alternator, you won't be able to
use the old 30 amp gauge if that's what you have, you'll have to use 60 or higher. I went to the modern gauges. I don't think it distracts from the original one bit, same black background suround chrome, better scaled and lighted even. There larger and easier to read that is important.

I was scanning through ebay just yesterday under Massey Harris and seen some new Massey Harris gauges for sale. I don't remember when they were being finalized. Check ebay under Massey Harris.
