I have this big black book called Book of oliver volume three(no its not for sale)It must be rare because the only other one i had heard of Mcmillins had.Also the musuem in Charles City wanted to know if i wanted to donate it.

WOW. I'm not going ask you to sell it, I'm not going to ask you to donate it, I'm just going to ask you to loan it indefinitely.;o)

Seriously, though, how did you get it, what is it like,(a description is a must) and who put it out, and when(copyright date)?

In the bibliography for "Oliver Photographic History", "The Book of Oliver" is listed as a reference. Nothing about Volume 1, 2, or 3, though.

volume 1 and 2 are little white books about 1/2 inch thick.Volume three covers from horse equipment up thru pull plows.i would describe more Dies'l but my brothers seem to like the book and keep borrowing (i think they are hopping i forget about it)Volume three is about 3/4 thick to 1 inch.If i get it back soon and my bettor half brings my scanner home maybe i can get a picture on here.
