A 1903 copy of the John Deere Plow Co. Farmers Pocket Companion was found when going through some old family papers. It is a tri-fold book measuring approx. 3" X 6". It appears to be in very good condition considering it is 103 years old. It has not been written in on the inside, however on the outside my husband's great grandfather (we believe) has written in pencil "Acount book" then his initials "C.M." for Christopher Miller. On the back cover is written "John Deere, Moline, Illinois." Does anyone have any idea of its value, either historical or monetary?

Christopher Miller, Jr., was born in Evansville, Posey County, Indiana in 1854. His father, Christopher Miller, Sr. was born in Strassburg, France (now Germany) in 1822. When Christopher, Jr., was about a year old the family moved and settled in Moniteau Co., Missouri, near Jamestown. In the early 1900s, Christopher, Jr., moved his family to Carrier, Garfield Co., Oklahoma near Enid.
