I picked up a cast aluminum John Deere 20 peddle tractor at a garage sale. It was made by ERTL and has a serial # with "65" on the end of it.Possibly made in 1965 ? It's in good useable shape. Can anyone tell me more about it along with a possible value? Thanks!

S.N., I don't know "diddley" about pedal tractors but, since they seem to bring prices rangeing from $125 to several thousand on Ebay, if I did have one I'd buy "Criswell's Pedal Tractor Guide" from Criswell Press, Box 709, Lamar, SC 29069. It seems to be the complete guide to everything you need to know about them. Cost is $54, priority mail, but if you've got a $2000 tractor, what the heck is 54 bucks? Good luck! P.S. Condition is important, but good seems to be good enough!
