The October 1999 issue of Green Magazine has an excellent article on the LP tractors as a group. The March 2003 issue has an article on the 420 series tractors. Both of these articles have LOTS of useful information for you.
Your 420LP, if original, is one of 364 built.
There is a nice photo of a 420 LP on the cover of the November 2003 issue.

Tom and Katherine, that is my 420 TLP on the cover of Nov. Green Mag. 2003. There were 225 of those built. I am not sure if that number is for all 420 LPs or just the "T" model. Anyway, they are very 'collectable' to Lp lovers.

Wayne,

And a fine looking specimen it is. Sorry I didn't make the connection a couple months ago.

Thanks Stan, it now has a new home in Oklahoma City, with other Lp's.
