I've noticed that some have stacks out the hood w/ plastic dust cup or screen somewhat like the unstyles or like mine and F-I-T's with it neatly under the hood. I'm just curious?

Ty....most 70D's did not have a precleaner stack, simply the curved air horn behind the grill screens. However, when the air precleaner option was on the tractor an extra hole was cut in the nose cone (not the hood like on a 720) and a special cast adaptor (F2224R)was fitted to the top of air filter canister housing. I think the correct precleaner stack is a 2 1/8" diameter pipe (720 pipe is 3" diameter) with a height of about 24" and a mushroom shaped cap. Many were converted to the Donaldson Type plastic dust bowl design to look like the 20 and 30 series two cylinders.
