Looking at getting a New Sunflower 6332 23' 4-bar spike land finisher, can I pull this w/ my 4640? It's 2wd, we have bigger tractors, but I was thinking about using it on the 4640. Can it pull it or will it be too much?

Your 4640 has plenty of power for that. You should be able to pull it 5-7 mph (B-2 or C-2 if its a Quad Range). We have a 4440 Quad Range that can pull our 21 Forrest City Do-All that fast in clay soil. The Do-All has about 25-30 sweeps running in front of bearing-mounted beater blades followed up with drags. Our 6030s can pull it so hard (6th gear) that you start breaking welds. Your 4640 should pull it fast enough to shake the bolts out of it!

Id stick with the 23 footer for a 4640. Should be a good match.
