I am into the pony motor of an R needing to grind crankshaft on both rods and Mains. Can a guy buy oversize bearings or do I need to build shaft up to standard specs and purchase bearing from JD. Any help appreciated.

Deere part #AR21354 -- .020" undersize rod bearing is still available. Deere part #21358 --.020" undersize main bearing doesn't appear to still be available from Deere, but you might have your local Deere dealer get on parts locater in case anyone would have it in NOS.
