Anyone know if Deere has a subbed number for X9021, ign.points ? Or do I have to order via aftermarket ? Had a plastic rocker break on one set today.

THanks,

Thanks !

In fact I bought my last coils from them. Just hoping I could get some points through the dealer.

Frank, the last set I bought from Deere was the X9021 but that was a few years ago. I usually buy aftermarket. I bought a box of points & condensers from a swap meet a couple of years ago but have since use them. ~Just order the X9021 from Deere, if they still service them & they have been subbed, the computer will show that & will give the new number.....

Thanks, Clooney. I though I'd ask because JD Parts.com does not show the X9021.

I'll order some tomorrow.

hold on to your hat. john deere wants over 300 for a set of coils. i have been using the aftermarket ones for several years in my tractors, 3 deisels an i have never had to replace them yet. an you can get them for around 80 dollars at value built. just my 2 cents worth johndeeregene

Gene:

Yes, Iknow the OEM from Deere are expenzive. I just bought a set about a month ago for $110.00 from Taylor Equipment. Guess I'll have to give them a call.
