I have removed the lift links from the three point to free them up from years of obvious no adjustment use. Once I got the lift links removed I lifted up the rockshaft arms manualy with little effort. I found this to be odd and had suspected adjustment problems because, with tractor shutdown the three point bleeds down fairly fast. While manualy raising the Rockshaft arms I can hear what sounds like loose linkage, which brings me to the question, do I have broken linkage to the piston? Do you guys know what may be going on?
Thanks Clayton

The rockshaft piston rod is NOT connected to the piston. This is what you are hearing.
In the service manual. (trouble shooting)
Excessive settling under load.

Weak or brokenreturn valve spring

Return valve leaking

Excessive wear around pressure valve metering shaft or guide

Relief valve leaking

Porous or failed rockshaft control valve housing

Check valve leaking (only with engine stopped or no pump pressure)

Rockshaft piston O-ring failed
