I recently changed over the front on my JD 60 from a roll-a-matic to a wide front end. I understand that the regular 45 that was on it, won't fit on a wide front. Does anyone know how expensive or rare a 45W is and do they use the same brackets, etc as the 45? Would I be out of line in looking to make a trade? Thanks guys!

Did you ever find out anything about the 45W. I have one I might sell (along with a couple of non-running two-cylinders -- an A and a pretty good 60 to sweeten the deal). I've not been able to find any info on my 45W, but I've never seen one in a parade or anything, so I think they might be rare
