i have a 316 jd garden tractor with a # 49 snowblower. the blower is on its last legs and i am looking for a replacement.jd doesn`t make them any more and i haven`t had any luck going thru 4 local dealers. has anybody had any luck using another model or adapted another brand for use on this model of tractor. i live in upstate ny. i can buy all the parts piecemeal, but the total cost is way out of line.

Hi there!

Do you still have the model 49 snowblower? I am looking for an auger for mine. I hit a stake and bent mine all up.
