Little off topic but what is a 46A loader going for. I have one and am considering selling it. Curious what it is worth, I have a 7' bucket, a 7' v-plow and a 3 1/2' manure bucket.

Ray; have got 2 of these old loaders on 4020s. One of them for about 35 years. Front bracket bolts directly to tractor; will look at rear bracket and get back to you.

Looked at rear brackets when I went to feed; mount them in holes which will put brackets as far toward front of tractor as possible. Side-to-side; use 2nd and 3rd FULL slots (from center of tractor) which are cast into axles; not counting partial slot which is only in top of axle. I mount fender on top of bracket, though I suppose you could put it beside bracket, depending on wheel spacing. With 18.4 tires set 76 inches center-to-center, there is about 6 inches clearance between bracket and tire. Some unsolicited advice; front bracket or front bracket bolts (or both) will eventually fail with heavy use; two straps welded to bracket and extending up to additional holes in tractor front cap will give you 4 bolts to hold it on, instead of just two. A metal 'stirrup' about 8 or 10 inchs wide and extending down 8 or 10 inches and bolted or welded on left frame just in front of left tire really helps in getting on and off tractor; just don't stick it down so far that it won't clear front axle (assuming WFE) when attaching or detaching loader. These are not as heavy (or expensive) as some of Deere's other loaders, but they're a good "fit" for your tractor. ENJOY....Happy Holidays ..... ..
