Got this leak at the top of the #3 injector on this 4010D. I have replaced the ring gaskets three times and the fitting "bolt" once and it is STILL leaking. Also having problem with blow by at the # 1 injector. Can't seem to sulve eather of these two problems.
I'm hopeing one of you have.

If you're using the steel sealing washers, they can be a royal pain to get sealed, as the injector and line surface must be perfectly clean and smooth. The copper ones tend are softer and tend to work a little better, and I use them whenever I have trouble getting one sealed. They're not supposed to stand up to the pressure as well as the steel, but I haven't seen any leak yet. On the compression leak at #1, your nozzle bore needs to be very clean - especially the surface at the bottom that the nozzle and steel washer seal against. They make nozzle bore brushes for just that purpose. I would clean the bore well and flush it out with brake cleaner or something similar. You also might try a different sealing washer. I assume you're using new ones. Hopefully what I suggested will cure your problems.

Thanks,
I seem to have more truble with the small problems than With the big ones. May be they are harder to see. I have tightened it tell I'm afraid I'll twist it off. It is still leaking but very small. I think I'll just let it leak.
Thanks again.
