i need help, my 620 will sometimes jump like it is fixin to take off. even when it is out of gear. any suggestions thanks in advance kelly

Kelly, are you talking [in neutral] out of gear or just a [disengaged clutch] out of gear?

while it is in neutral. it is kinda scarey if you are standing next to the tractor.

Kelly, if it's in neutral with the clutch dis-engaged I don't know what you have. If it's in neutral with the clutch spinning you could have a counter shaft idler gear bearing(s) going bad & the bearing(s) are momentarily locking the idler gear to the counter shaft. If that isn't it I don't know what you have. ~If that is the problem, [that's about all I can think it might be ] if you don't get it repaired pronto it will cost plenty when you do, as that shaft & idler gear are getting expensive.
~Unfortunately that counter shaft idler gear is very difficult to get at easily..... ..... ...
