Flywheel torque

I am restoring an AR and am ready to torque down the new flywheel. Tractor came to me with the flywheel stripped on the crank, so I am well aware that this job must be done right.

I read Clooney's bolt report below and measured mine. Only .009 over the correct 5.000 inches, so they are probably ok to reinstall.

Now, how do I do it? My torque wrenches stop at 150 lbs. I think the spec is 140, but would like to hear that confirmed. Please tell me how this is done right.

thanks!

What grade and dia are the bolts. Some new grade 8's would be some cheap insurance instead of using bolts that old and stretched. The old ones didn't hold in the past either.
