I had the gasket go out on my 630 between the bowl and carb, the tractor was running good prior to anything. Anyway, I ended up breaking the "bolt" that holds the bowl on, I noticed it looked like it had been cracked a little before. Anyway, I put a carb off of a 520, since it "looks" identical, that had been sitting a while, after cleaning it out, and I swapped over the ports, the 630 had an extra bowl thing on top with one line going in and one going out to the front/top of the tractor. Now I can't seem to get gas to the right hand cylinder at all, no smell or anything, good spark. The tractor runs and starts good and steady on the left one. I've taken the carb apart and checked for blockages again, and washed out everything I can think of. Someone that knows more than me, any suggestions?

Alan, it should run on that 520 carb. If ALL you did was replace that carb, it sounds like you still a circuit blockage in the R/H side of the carb.
~Those dual DLTX carbs are a pain to get the passages clean on. You might have to pull the R/H passage block off ball & run a wire through the passage. ~If you pull the R/H throttle plate you might be able to feed a small SOFT wire into the 1st, 2nd & 3rd idle orifice holes. Just blowing air through those passages usually isn't enough, especially if there is rust in there.

I figured it about had to be blocked when one side was working, I just didn't see where, guess I'll have to keep at the thing when I get another chance. Just wanted a second opinion before I took the thing off again. Thanks!
