I have a 1947 JD model A that is an all-fuel. I only run gas in it and it runs kinda rough. Are there any changes that I need to make to run it only on gas?

Wes

Wes, you didn't say at what RPM & loads it runs rough at & what you mean by "rough"? ~You can probably run a little more ignition timing advance [maybe 5 more] & play around with different economizer plugs to tune the mid-range slightly but the load & idle can be adjusted with the load & idle needles so there isn't much more you can do there.
~If it is popping or mis-firing on overrun maybe you need to set the throttle stop spring or idle speed. ~Tell us under what conditions & exactly what your complaint is & maybe we can make some suggestions..

The tractor runs fine under load but won't idle smooth or run smooth at high idle. I really don't mind I just want it ti run right. I can pull a massey harris plow with 3-16'3 in third so power is not a problem.
