Took my 49G pistons out and noticed that the #2 connecting rod has hit the #2 exhaust lobe. The tractor was bought "just unstuck" and didn't run. Got it running and it had a little knock. Wrist pin bushings where spinning and cracked??? Got to find out what went wrong. Checked cam to crank timing marks and they are on. Left hand exhaust open on flywheel and cam check out. ?????Thanks for your help.

check your cam bearings, crank bearings, and rod bearings. There is no way they will hit unless something is really out. Probably your cam bearings.
