How many gallons of water does the 1953 model "60" hold? I can't find any specs but it seems that it holds around 13 gallon.
Thanks, Mark

Mark,

My 1953 John Deere 60 operator's manual says Stan is exactly right. But then, may he wrote the manual. Can't be... he's not that old...

Steve,

You don't know that for sure. I was able to read and write by the time the 60 manuals would have come out (I would have been 15 or so by that time) - LOL!!

Sorry Stan,

It was the writing side I was thinking about. Guess you could have been a child prodigy and gone to the good engineering school on the banks of the Wabash (you know, it's south and a bit west of the other one). Usually though, they start those guys off designing things. Guys from the other school start as tech writers.

Now isn't that the most subtle slur you've seen on here of late?

Steve
