Do any of you learned "green guys" know whether John Deere made a cab for the 3010?

It would be nice to have one when it is extremely hot, cold or dusty.

Let me know.

Frank

there are a few kind of cabs that should fit your tractor year A round, and hiniker are the two that come to mind. I have a year around on my 3020 I paid $ 250.00 for It has air and heat radio, and a cb. one off a 4020 4010 or 3020 should fit your 3010 mine was off a 4020 and fit my 3020.

I dont think that they did. While there were some "all steel" cabs for two cylinders, I think the first "factory" cab showed up on 1969 new gen tractors. I think that the Hiniker and Year-Around type cabs are your best bet. The ones intended for Deeres are usually painted yellow already. Most of them do NOT have air conditioning. Some did have something called a "cab cooler" which wasn't true air conditioning but resembles one. Don't pay any extra for a "cab-cooler" either. Good luck in finding a decent cab. By now, very few of them would cost very much and I have seen them at consignment auctions for under $50.
