For some unknown (at least to me) reason this page has now updated. I did as all suggested and had no results until today. But here it is. It's kind of like working on a tractor- sometimes you don't know what happened but it's working so you just say "thank you"..:-) Mike

Mike, how often do you actually turn your computer off? Not just go to snooze but actually do a shutdown? You shouldn't have to do that but the facts are that Windows has enough uncertainties about it that unless you do a shutdown from time to time there will be internal address corruptions that start to really mess things up. I am guessing you recently did a shutdown just before you started seeing improvements that you were looking for.

Loren, the computer is shut down every night. I have a feeling my server has been the trouble all along and they just don't have sense enough to know it! Whatever it is, the thing is working and I am glad. Mike
