I took a pressure washer to my 1939 "B" and got it nice and clean. Problem is: After 2 weeks this tractor will not start and run proper. I air dried everything to no avail. When it does start, sounds like it is running on 1 cylinder. It pops and sounds like shotgun going off. Any suggestions ?? Thanks SAM

Sam, clean the mag cap, rotor & inside of mag of all moisture [leave the cap off for a few days if needed]. Get all the water out of the wire conduits & off wires.
~If you have been trying to run it with moisture in the mag cap you might now have carbon traces inside the cap & even when dry it could still mis-fire due to arcing along the carbon tracks...

Clooney: You know your stuff !! Within 15 minutes of my post, you replied and within 30 minutes of that I had her running sweet again. Sprayed WD-40 inside and outside of cap and dried with a towel and within 10-15 minutes she fired right up. My John Deere hat is off to you. THANKS SAM
