When you got yours from deere, did it come the oil pressure switch on it, to turn it on when the engine was running? Mine was only missing this part, so it doesn't work properly, and Deere said they couldn't get it. thanks

Dave

I haven't recieved mine from Deere yet but that switch you are talking about I already have. Maybe you have to order that with the oil pressure gauge... Harry

The switch you need can be found at Napa or some other auto parts stores. It is a 2 pole oil pressure switch that closes(completes the circuit) when it has oil pressure to it. They fit some later model GM cars to supply power to the electronic fuel pumps. You will have to look thru the catalog to find the correct one. It is 1/8 pipe thread, and should close at 7-10 lbs. pressure. I bought one a few months ago,but I dont remember the number.
