I left for the weekend and when i got back...woah look at thy posts. I support Deere I buy their parts, I work for them as a graphic designer for Heavan's sake! I am saying that a part like that should be more resonablly priced. it is not, so i found another alternative. i was trying to save some money on a part that i needed. i am in this hobby for fun and i also have a budget. when my wife comes home to look at the bill and sees the part i have....you all know what happens then. in my case i have a new tire to get. that is running me $200 if my clutch part runs me 10 and not 55 the we are all intelligent here (except for maybe Dillon) we can do the math. more money for the new tire! my point is is that i am happy that deere has parts for my equipment. my case/ih dealer has had parts every time for my H I had and then even had parts for the John Deere 's I have. I am happy there is support for the old stuff by all the companies and i'm happy that i can still go to a great salvage yard and get things to help me make an old tractor a little newer. thanks for all of the posts they were well all really great.
