Went to a auction in the thumb of Michigan sat. They had 2 GPs listed on the bill found out when I got there they were bean specials, runner brought 4900 the non runner real rough (had not run in 25 years the owner told me) brought 4000.Was this in reason? I wonder if they should have advertised them as Beaners what they would have brought. They were both 1931s.

Thanks

Mikey G

In the latest issue of Two-Cylinder they had a write-up about them there are quite a few differences and they think around 60 were built.

Tie rod is behind the front axle. Also wider axle at spindle area.

The years was a 1931 not 1933 got my numbers srewed up thinking of my old gp I had.

Sounds like a resonable price for the running one. I planned on going but thought they would go higher than that. The only way I figured it was bean specials is by the photo in the farmer's advance, saw that front axle. Yes, if it was advertised I believe the running one would of went higher. As I recall the tractor serial number it would be a 1933? according to numbers given on web site. Thanks for the info.
