Im looking to buy a blade and rotary cutter for my 301A (1020 industrial). I need the blade soon; obviously its end of season for the cutter but if I can get one out of dealer stock it may be a good time to buy.

The blade will be used mostly for driveway maintenance smoothing and snow removal. Im thinking that 7 foot would be a good size, as the tractor itself is just over 6 feet wide. Im leaning towards a heavier blade (e.g. one rated for 70+ HP) as opposed to a lighter one. My driveway is almost mile long so this thing will get used.

The cutter would be used for a mix of stuff from pastures to rough fencerows. Im debating the merits of a standard duty (e.g. Bush Hog Squealer) 6 foot versus a 5 foot medium duty (e.g. Bush Hog 285). Im leaning toward the 6 foot mostly so I can get my pasture work done quicker.

Any suggestions about the best blade and cutter to put on my tractor?

Also, I need to get some tire chains for my tractor. I had no idea where to get some. So I went to Google and typed in tractor tire chains. And it comes back with tirechain.com. Gotta love the internet.
