2120 years made?

I HAVE A JOHN DEERE MODEL 2120 AND NOBODY HAS BEEN SUCCESSFUL AT FINDING OUT THE YEAR THESE TRACTORS WERE MADE. I KNOW THIS TRACTOR WAS MADE IN GERMANY AND SOLD IN CANADA. THIS HAS BEEN THE ONLY INFO I HAVE BEEN ABLE TO OBTAIN. I HAVE THE SERIAL NUMBERS BUT WOULD APPRECIATE ANY INFO SUCH AS WHO I COULD CONTACT TO FIND OUT MORE ABOUT THIS TRACTOR. ALSO AM WONDERING ABOUT WHETHER I SHOULD SELL THE TRACTOR BEING THAT GETTING PARTS AT ANY AMERICAN DEALER SEEMS TO BE DIFFICULT. I HAVE NOT HAD TO PURCHASE ANY REAL SERIOUS PARTS BUT AM CONCERNED IF I NEEDED TO REBUILD THE TRANS OR CLUTCH AND PARTS AVAILABILTY?

Mike I have the only 2120 that I know of in North Carolina.I bought it new in 1968.It is an great utility tractor.Years ago the dealers here had never heard of it ,but not so now.Parts should be no problem.I have owned a lot of tractors;It has been the best.

1st of all your caps lock is on and it's considered "yelling". I made the same mistake on about my 1st or 2nd e-mail. All parts are readily available at your local JD dealer, just get yourself the parts,service & operator's manuals at 1-800-522-7448.The phrase "2120" will draw a blank look at most US parts counters. The fine 2120 and the following 2130 were made from 1966 to 1971 and 1972 to 1975 model years. Keep quality anti-freeze in the rad and ordinary gear lube out of the transmission/hydraulics.

Thanks Taylor, I have a John Deere 2120 and I was also trying to find out what year it was made in. It's a great tractor.
