I posted earlier about getting both axle hubs loose but getting hung up on one side where the pinion shaft seized.

This one was a challenge but finally came loose the other day. I used up the better part of a can of PB blaster soaking the shaft from the open end. I had a jack under the 3/4 drive wrench and also hit the shaft thru the open end trying to shake it loose. All of this must have helped as my son in law started horsing the 3/4 drive with a 3 ft pipe and it finally moved. Once the wedges were removed we could free up the shaft. I cleaned up all the parts, greased all surfaces and shes now back together. One caution on apply
ing this much force, I deflected the 2 teeth in contact with the axle teeth pretty bad in breaking this loose but was lucky they are still usable. Now that I have done one I would have no qualms about doing the next one thats seized up. Hope this helps others with the same situation.
