I have a 620 John Deere standard and the power trol fluid is leaking into the rear end as fast as I can pour it into the housing. Anyone know a quick fix or the exact cause of this? As far as plow day my uncles own a farm with 10 two cylinders and thats all they use. the biggest being the 830. Some of them tractors and other area people with antique tractors come over and plow with 2 and three bottom plows. I would like to be able to use mine as I just got it and would like to see how it pulls. Thanks to all those who reply.

Aaron, if the P/T oil is leaking into the trans/rear end without the tractor running, suspect a casting plug that is missing or rusted through inside the rear housing, or a cracked rear housing.
~About all you can do is pull the rear housing [a big job] & look for the problem area....
