Still won't run. I checked the adjustment screws, fine. The float has no hole, and "floats" well. The needle was clean and not stuck. The float was set higher than the IT manual setting. So I lowered it and is now set at 1/2" from top of the bowl to top of the float when needle is closed. Still alot of fuel in the cylinders. I checked the timing and tried differant plugs and she won't even hit now. Has a good spark but not really a blue one. This is frustrating. This is an easy starting great running tractor, now nothing. Have any success? We have a 1939 A/C B that floods very easy - there is a fine line between getting enough gas into the cylinder or too much! If cold, I'll put on full choke for one crank, then full open for several cranks, throttle about 3 notches up. That works fairly well.

If warm, it will usually start with no throttle and no choke. If I have to give it a bit of throttle, it is easy to flood and then I'm cranking for 10 minutes to dry it out.

Once running, it purrs and has never stalled.

Are other A/C's this way? Any thoughts on carburation adjustments I can make?

We just ran her in the Dufur Threshing Bee Parade (Oregon) and had a ball!

HMan, pull the plugs out & either crank it or pull it in gear to clear the cylinders of old gasoline. Then leave the plugs out for a while to allow the cylinders to vent. ~If it won't start after that you might have washed the cylinder walls of oil lowering the compression enough that it floods easily when trying to start. Put about 3 oz of oil [preferably 2-cycle oil] in each cylinder then turn it over by hand to lube the cylinder walls.
~If you have a good spark it should be blue, if it is yellow it might not be enough to fire under compression. Take an old spark plug & open the gap to 1/4" then see if both L & R sides will fire across that gap multiple times, if not you have probably found your problem, if it can't produce a decent spark it will flood very easily.....
