this weekend im gonna go get my grandpas old G running after 2 years of sitting. i need to know how much oil does it need in the crankcase. what would be the best oil for the air cleaner (i use 30 weight in my B) would it work in the G too? what would the best battery to buy for it some thingthing around 830 or so cca? and what is the best spark plug to use and what is the gap on it? thanks

My 46 GM takes 13 QTs.I use 30 Wt. Spark plugs I use autolite 386 gaped at .030. For the air filter use the same oil as the crank case. Cant help with the battery mine uses 2 6 volts they roll to hard with the petcocks open.
