Clooney, I put my flywheel back on with the JBweld, it hardened, now I can't turn it by hand, the starter turns it. I think I have almost zero end play...now what will it be alright???
Thanks!!!

JD60, you need some end play or risk thrust washer damage. By "almost no end play" are you saying you have some? If so run it for about 1 minute & try to turn it by hand. Then re-check the end play [you will need at least .004"] If you have none then you will have to loosen the flywheel bolts & pull the flywheel then remove all the old JB weld & start over. You will probably need to make a puller if the JB is holding at all but it should come loose after you loosen or remove the flywheel bolts..

I ran it, and I can turn it by hand just as before.
I'll check for the actual end play.
Otherwise it runs very very quite.....NO MORE NOISE!!!!!
Thanks!!! Clooney!!!!
