I have gasoline leaking out of the choke shaft area
of my carburetor, steady drip. Does this mean a new carburetor? or is there a fix?

Does anyone have a recommendation for fixing the antifreeze leak from the block end of the coolant pipe beneath the motor short of taking out the pipe and replacing it with new gaskets on both ends? Stop-leak slowed it down a bit.

Bob, I find it hard to believe that the carb is full of fuel to the point it drips out of the choke shaft area. If it really is, make sure your crankcase isn't full of gas also.
~Look very carefully with a good strong light [or put a paper plate over the carb] to see if the fuel tank isn't leaking & dripping down on the carb then dripping from the choke area. ~If there really is gas dripping from the choke shaft area, for some reason the carb throat is full of fuel & the intake is also full & all the valves are closed [a lot of if's there]. I don't know about a new carb but your carb sure would need attention with a new needle & seat & possibly a float.
~If the gas is dripping out the front of the carb [lower than the choke shaft] but just from around the choke area, suspect a bowl vent problem or needle & seat or float.
~I don't know what to tell you on the water pipe, there isn't much that will seal that pipe to casting that will hold for long...
