I'm just north of Burlington. My Buddy tells me that his plugs are getting black and sooty. He says that the adjustments have no effect. I think he needs to look other places before replacing the carburetor; such as a restriction on the air intake. I noticed that the Yesterday's Tractor people have one for $144.

Did you go to Denton this year? I like to go, but it's SO HOT I chickened out this year.

Don't assume your problem is the carb. It could be a number of things. I went to Denton again this year. It was hot as heck there! Tugboat in Henderson
