If you don't want to wait to get the old one rebuilt, most competent injection shops will have a rebuilt unit on the shelf on an exchange basis. That will save you some time. I also strongly suggest pulling the nozzles and having them tested at the same time. The best pump in the world can't make faulty nozzles perform well, and new or rebuilt nozzles for your 3020 should be relatively inexpensive.

You need to get it rebuilt. Instead of taking it to the dealer take it to a good pump shop. It is a Roosa-Master/Stanadyne pump and they can still be worked on with no problem, they are a very common pump. It will probably cost you(they aren't cheap to fix) but you will have a beautifully running tractor again. Where are you from?
