This is not an advertisement, just looking for advice for my father. My father cannot farm any longer and I live too far away to continue his love of life. He has a John Deere front end loader which is currently on a Farmall 460. Sorry I mentioned Farmall, but we are John Deere fans as well. This is the long unit which fits a long narrow front end. Possibly could fit on an JD A? Up and down pressure. Can anyone let me know what a good asking price is for this? I do not want to see him get ripped off.

I bought one that was working for 150 then another that was not all there for 280. If it is not bent and all there, you should be able to get somewhere in the neighborhood up to 300 for it depending on where you live. Note that your mounting brackets will be different for different makes of tractors. There was a guy on the tractor tales board looking for those particular brackets a while back.
