Does John Deere or someone manufacture waco magneto's, I would need one for a 1946 B.

Any input would be appreciated.

New Wico X magnetos are $285.00 plus UPS and rebuilt ones are $200.00 plus UPS. I rebuild the magnetos myself.

Sam is correct, They are still avaliable. I prefer to go the re-built route. My last project, 1946 JD model A, I replace a distributer
with a re-built mag I got from "Magneeders". It looks and works great. If interested, There phone # is 417-358-7863.

If you are referring to a Wico Mag Yes you can buy new ones about 300.00 but well worht the investment if you have a tractor that is in good shape. Also you can get referbished for a lot less.

Hope this helps

Sam
