My '41 is a hand crank. When I throw the fly wheel over the clutch pully spins also. It is out of gear, the wheels don't move and as far as I can tell the clutch is disengaged. Am I looking at a clutch rebuild here? Have got a '39 B when thrown over the clutch doesn't move. Any help is always appreciated.

Kris

Kris, thats normal if the pulley brake isn't adjusted tight enough to hold it from spinning with the clutch disengaged.
~It sounds like the pulley brake might be just a little tight on the '39, or the linkage is so loose that the lever weight is pulling on the brake.

Clooney, thanks for the reply, I will give a look to both of them. I didn't think it was a problem, but I wanted to make sure!
