Unstyled G Spokes

I was told today by a friend that a the unstyled g's (38's) did not come from the factory with front round spokes ONLY the rear round spokes. Is this True?? Thanks for all you time!

Yes, it is true that "G" tractors were NEVER equipped from the factory with round-spoke front wheels. What most people do not know is that the round-spoke rear wheels were not offered on "G" tractors until s/n G-2709. Prior to that serial number, "G" tractors equipped with rubber tires on the rear used the cast wheel centers.

Yes- I believe that's true. They had pressed steel front wheels.
