Clutch lever repair

I followed the good advice of this board and managed to get the clutch pivot bolt out of my JD 50 without cracking the first reduction gear cover. The hole on the clutch lever is very badly worn resembling an oval instead of a circle. Does anyone know what the original size is for the clutch lever hole? I want to drill it out oversize and place a bushing back in with the original inside diameter. Unless someone has a better idea.
I got the pin out by repeatedly - spraying JB blaster, heating up the pin and reduction cover flange with a propane torch, then putting ice on the threaded end of the pin in hopes of shrinking it inside the heated flange. Seemed to work, came out very nicely. Thank you in advance.

deere has a bushing that goes in lever, however if you've rounded out the hole, you could possibly braze or mig weld, stick weld the hole and and re drill that to size. I always put a greese fitting on the front side, don't know why JD didn't do that.

Don't know how bad the clutch lever is worn but there is a bushing in there. Take it out and replace it if the lever isn't worn.
