Does anybody know if NAPA sells this? And what is the part #. Thought that I read it or somebody told me that they could get it. Thanks.

Jack, you probably want to ask for GL-4 in 140 weight. I know they won't have GL-1. {the number 1 through 7 denotes the additive package & base ingredients that the gear lube is based on}
~Maybe?....Last year I called my local NAPA dealer & they assured me they could get 5 gallons of 140 Weight gear lube [must be ordered from the warehouse], a couple days later they called & said it was in, when I went to get it, it was 85-140. Woops we made a mistake was the response, second time it still came as 85-140. They finally called the warehouse & talked to someone of authority & were told that all they had was 85-140 ..... .(that was just my experience).
~I usually get my local bulk oil supplier to get either GL-1, 140W or GL-4, 140W in 5 gallon pails. The GL-1 is called machine oil from my local supplier. ~GL-1 is closer to original Deere gear oil as it doesn't have all the additives for extreme pressure & seems to be thicker [at least when cold] with a more tallow like base. The GL-4 is more like modern GL-5 only without nearly as much E.P. [extreme pressure additives] that are hard on copper & bronze.
~In my opinion: the GL-4 is better for a working tractor or one that sits outside, as the GL-4 handles water & moisture better [doesn't seem to stay mixed], The GL-1 seems to be a little thicker [at least cold] & tends to run somewhat quieter, but will mix with water & remain that way so is hard on the bearings if the tractor sits for long periods between use or is exposed to moisture ..... .
